Continental washer extractors
are equipped with an injection feature to eliminate oversudsing, improve cleaning
results and minimize re-wash requirements. When using this feature, chemicals
are mixed with incoming water in an area away from electrical controls and
flowed directly into the outer tub to be diluted with water before reaching
the load. A four compartment manual dispenser is another option that allows
for separation of pre-wash and wash detergents. It is equipped with a self-closing,
EPDM Nitrile rubber dispenser lid which minimizes the chance of chemical overspill
that can result when a lid is left open.
